Completed entry forms must be received or postmarked by the deadline shown above in order to be entered into the competition. Walk-up entries WILL NOT be guaranteed acceptance into the competition.
Artwork should be brought to Sachem Hall at The Wigwam (300 E. Wigwam Blvd., Litchfield Park, AZ 85340) on the Art Drop off Date between the times listed above. NO ARTWORK WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE COMPETITION AFTER 4PM ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 12, 2018.
Please present a copy of your completed Juried Competition Entry Form when you drop off your artwork for judging. This will help to speed up your submission process.
You may enter in one or several of the categories listed. If you enter more than one piece in the same category, please note that you will only be eligible to win one prize per category.
Each 2D art piece you enter must include a written description of the process and/or your intent when creating it. The judges will be take this information into consideration when selecting this year's winning entries.
A closed judging session will take place immediately after the end of the art drop off period.
Winners will be announced and receive their awards at an Artists’ Reception at The Wigwam. The Date and times of the Reception are listed above. If you are participating in the competition, we encourage you to attend this reception. We anticipate approximately 200 attendees at the reception, including VIPS and members of the general public. Artists MUST pick up their work Immediately after the Reception. The Festival Committee will NOT be responsible for holding artwork overnight.
Winners will be recognized, again, on the festival stage the following morning.
